I stayed up the night before Valentine's to make Heart cinnamon rolls. They were so cute, but unfortunately when I took them out of the frige in the morning, I let them sit too long and they rose too much and squished together. They tasted delicious though and the girls and I really enjoyed them while Troy was working!! I then spent the day cleaning up the house and getting ready for that night.
For Valentine's night, we attended a party thrown here at our house. The girls went to J & Shannon's house with Ashlyn to babysit. The party was done completely by friends Rabecca & Pat. It was based on the theme Love & Marriage and was so much fun!! We started out the evening with a FABULOUS dinner that included barbeque pulled pork, shrimp, meatballs, veggies, fruit, 7-layer salad and rolls. We then played the newlywed game that included some funny questions and some tough ones. (If I'd done this sooner, I would have remembered what they were!!) We actually ended up winning!! We had so much fun playing this game, that we didn't get to the second one. We then had yummy cake and cheesecake and ended the night just chatting.It was such a fun night and all I had to do was clean up before the party!!!
